• Downloads fail? Free assets need a free key (an email) for .glb + .mjs + zip. Public previews are keyless.
• Import map errors? Both three and three/addons/ entries are required, and the trailing slash on three/addons/ matters. Serve over http — browsers refuse ES modules from file://.
• Variant looks wrong? want= matches knob names and option values, not colour vocabulary. Read the asset's -params.json and use those words.
• Characters won't animate? They rig on the 22-bone Mixamo skeleton. Grab any free Mixamo clip and retarget via /cdn/mixamo.mjs.
